Ismael Ozanne did not sign a summons against Peter Bernegger.

Mark Fremgen ordered the arrest of Peter Bernegger without a signed summons.

Leroy Brown acted in complicity against Peter Bernegger

Nicholas McNamara stated the unsigned letter was an "invitation".

1.  Peter Bernegger was not served a summons to appear in court

2.  D.A. Ismael Ozanne is repugnant to the U.S. Constitution. & a POS 

3. Mark Fremgen is repugnant to the U.S. Constitution & a POS

4.. ADA Leroy Brown is complicit with the courts, Ismael Ozanne & a POS

5. Nicholas McNamara is repugnant to the U.S. Constitution & a POS

6.  Affidavit & Amicus Brief was filed into Hyland's court court record exposing the repugnant court action,  was in support of  Peter Bernegger.  Hyland knowingly, willingly, intentionally continues the  repugnant,  illegal  court case.
