Judge Hyland is continuing to cover for the corruption & incompetence of Mark Fremgen, Leroy Brown, Nicholas McNamara and the incompetant Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozzane who failed to issue a summons. Its all in the court record, including an amicus breif and an affidavit. Dumb shit Nicholas McNamara had the audacity to call Ozzane's letter an "invitation". The OLR (Office of Lawyer Regulation) & WJC (Wisconsin Judicial Commission) recieved written complaints as well, they are in on the scam as well as the Wisconsin Supreme Court, it is a systematic culture of corruption.
