Judge Hyland is a real piece of shit !

Hyland belongs in prison, not on the judicial bench.

When it comes to partisan politics, Hyland will go to extremes to protect other corrupt pieces of shit.
Hyland had a legal duty to dismiss the case against Peter Bernegger but instead chose to manage Peter in court.  WTF!

Hyland elects to keep Peter Bernegger in the corrupt court system despite illegal & unethical activity by D.A. Ismael Ozzane,  Commissioner Mark Fremgen, A.G.A. Leroy Brown, Judge Nicholas McNamara. It's a whole conspiracy against Bernegger. Judge Hyland pompously holds the key to power, he is now part of the corrupt clan.

It is D.A. Ozzane who is simulating the legal process and the Dane County court is knowingly, willingly helping  him.


John Hyland is a control freak & a Josh Kaul toadie.
Whatever the democrats want, Hyland will abuse his office to oblige the corrupt politicians..  Judge John Hyland is controlling Berenger's subpoenas and has sealed the records from the public.  What happened to public scrutiny  I think Hyland needs an intervention.

Hyland takes another trial case off of the court calendar, but choses to keep the litigants trapped in the court system.

This case is interesting because there are over 2000 illegal cases  initiated by Ozzane's office that were not only condoned by the Dane County judiciary, but conspired as well. We have criminals in the Dane County Courthouse all right under the noses of our Wisconsin Supreme Court.  GEE, I wonder if  SCR 60.04 and its subsections apply ?
