Josh Kaul is well known for his lack of intelligent decision making, especially when it comes to being our Attorney General.  Kaul has brought credibility to a new low level of distrust at the Attorney General's office.

The apple doesn't appear to fall far from the tree.

Josh Kaul's mother was a well known town drunk. she even crashed a state owned car while driving drunk. She lost her drivers license for a year while acting as Attorney General. Peg wasn't a 16 year old kid or young adult, Peg was 48 years old.  She was 50% above the legal limit and she was the top cop, the Attorney General at the time. Poor choices doesn't even begin to expose her egregious misconduct.

I could go on & on, but this blog is about Josh and his misconduct as the State's Attorney General.  Josh's failure to properly manage his A.G.A's is another leadership failure.  3 out of 4 assistant attorneys that Kaul formerly assigned to my case had engaged in unethical ex parte conversations with corrupt Racine County judge Robert Repischak.  A.G.A's David Maas, Rebecca Somers and Lucas Bennewitz all engaged in ex parte conversation with the POS judge Repischak, who by the way is no longer the Judge due to egregious misconduct.   A.G.A. Robert Kaiser was removed from my case when I exposed him in court as the shyster attorney he is.

Its important to note that the derelict and incompetent David Maas is now a Waukesha County Judge. 

These twerps have no morals or backbone.
