After several recent filings by Pro Se litigant Peter Bernegger, the court is flinching.

Judge John Hyland has removed the scheduled trial dates of September 16th,17th, 2025 from the court calendar.

Within the court record, Judge Hyland has also received correspondence from the general public scolding the derelict Dane County Court system.

The public is scrutinizing this abomination of justice, illuminating the corruption & complicity within the Dane County Courts.

Remember, a summons was never issued to Peter Bernegger., therefore  there was no obligation for Peter to attend a court hearing.

Ozzane, Fremgen, McNamara & Hyland are all guilty of conspiracy, complicity of undermining Bernegger"s rights.

A.D.A.Leroy Brown & Judge Ann Peacock are also guilty.

We will fill the courtroom & hold all responsible should this case ever go to trial.

The real criminals are working in the courts.

EXPOSING HIDDEN TRUTHS DANE COUNTY CORRUPTION State vs. Peter Bernegger Case # 24-328 Judge Hyland had his opportunity to right a wrong early in this case, he has chosen tyranny over justice. On 12-4-2024, Judge Hyland took over this case from an egregious judge named Nicholas McNamara. McNamara is a corrupt & negligent ass. He had the audacity to state that Ozanne's unsigned letter to litigant Bernegger was an "invitation" to appear in court.  Say what? an invitation? Only an ass of a Judge would be so corrupt & negligent to be complicit with a derelict D.A. and court commissioner .  Judge Nicholas McNamara McNamara denied the filed pleadings of Bernegger and further railroaded the tort acts conducted by Ozanne & Fremgen upon the defendant on 5-21-2024 & 9-31-2024.
