Judge Hyland had his opportunity to right a wrong early in this case, he has chosen tyranny over justice.
On 12-4-2024, Judge Hyland took over this case from an egregious judge named Nicholas McNamara.

McNamara is a corrupt & negligent ass. He had the audacity to state that Ozanne's unsigned letter to litigant Bernegger was an "invitation" to appear in court.  Say what? an invitation? Only an ass of a Judge would be so corrupt & negligent to be complicit with a derelict D.A. and court commissioner .
 Judge Nicholas McNamara

McNamara denied the filed pleadings of Bernegger and further railroaded the tort acts conducted by Ozanne & Fremgen upon the defendant on 5-21-2024 & 9-31-2024. A Wisconsin Judicial Complaint was filed against McNamara for his egregious misconduct.

Since 12-4-2024 Judge Hyland has had an opportunity to review the court files. there is no summons in the court file.
On 1-28-2025 an Amicus Brief was filed into the county clerks office illuminating to the court the tort acts conducted by court officials.
Also on 1-28-205, an affidavit was filed into the court record that a summons was not filed into the court record as required by §§, that too was back dated along with the Amicus Brief into the court record on 2-11-2025.

 On 2-11-2025 a very strange event happened. Judge Hyland wrote a letter stating the Amicus Brief was rejected, yet Hyland ordered  the Amicus Brief filed into the court record & back posted to1-28-2025, the very same day Hyland sent the letter.   HMMMMM...........

Recently, Pro Se Bernegger filed several more motions into the court record . 

 Hyland takes the court trial date off of the court calendar.
The courtroom will be filled should this case go to trial.
Hyland is flinching.
It's all in the court record.


Criminals running our courts, criminals running our state.
