On 12-4-2024, Judge Hyland took over this case from an egregious judge named Nicholas McNamara. McNamara is a corrupt & negligent ass. He had the audacity to state that Ozanne's unsigned letter to litigant Bernegger was an "invitation" to appear in court.  Say what? an invitation?
