Office of Lawyer Regulation & Wisconsin Judicial Commission complaints have been filed against Ismael Ozzane, Leroy Brown (OLR)  Mark Fremgen & Nicholas McNamara (WJC)  Judge Hyland is involved in the complicity as well. Judge Hyland is another corrupt POS. Judge Jacob Frost has ordered Ismael Ozzane to produce records by 1-30-2026 by 4 pm in unredacted form, or with redactions & the records custodian's explanation for the redactions.
